FAQ - This is how it works


  1. Make you choice of products and go to the CASHIER.
  2. Fill in your payment information.
  3. Want to let us know something? Click in the "Add a message" box.
  4. Choose  "Pick up in store" or send via "Postnord Ombud" (our shipping agency).
  5. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

Send a gift to a friend  

Do you want to send the order to an address other than your own?

  1. Fill in your payment information and untick the box "Use the above information as delivery address".
  2. Then fill in the recipient's name and address as well as the recipient's mobile number. The shipping agency will notify to the recipient's mobile number. Otherwise, you will receive a notification from shipping agency yourself.
  3. Don't forget to send a greeting to the recipient. Tick in the "Add a message" box.

Delivery or pick up

When the order is ready to be picked up in the store or has been sent from us to the shipping agency (Postnord), you will receive a new confirmation with Postnord's shipment ID. With it you can track the delivery here.

Our normal delivery are 2-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday alt. weekends are sent no earlier than Tuesday of the following week. 

If you want to collect, the store's opening hours apply.

If you have not received your shipment, you should contact Postnord customer service in the first instance.

Please notice: Chocolate is a delicate product, so please don't order too soon. Chocolate does not thrive in a hot terminal or at agents waiting to be picked up.
