Can I choose chocolates myself?
It is possible to choose boxes with mixed assortment, without nuts and without alcohol. Choosing completely freely from our range is difficult as we sometimes sell out of chocolates in the store. Contact us if you have a favorite that you want to be picked in the box. Or come into the store and choose for yourself what to pick in your chosen box.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. After you get your order confirmation and during the store's opening hours.
Do you ship home?
We are sending to Postnord's agent for collection. You can also choose to pick up your order in the store when the store is open.
Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
No. We only deliver to Postnord agents close to the delivery address.
Yes. Just be sure to enter your details first and then the recipient's details at checkout. Since we send to an agent for collection, it is very important that we get the recipient's mobile number (and possibly e-mail). Otherwise, the recipient will not receive information that the order is available for collection.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship via Postnord. Currently, shipping costs SEK 79 per shipment. If you place an order over SEK 700, we will ship free of charge.
When do you ship the order?
We ship within 1-3 days. If you place the order on a Friday or weekend, we will ship the following Tuesday at the earliest
Do you ship abroad?
We only ship within Sweden.
Storage & Durability
How do I store chocolates and pralines?
Preferably dry and cool, 16-18 degrees, or at room temperature. On hot days it is best to store in the fridge, but avoid moisture. Store preferably in a plastic jar or plastic bag.
How long do pralines last?
We work with fresh products that contain cream and delicate products such as fruit. Since we have no preservatives, storage is important. We manufacture every day. The longest the pralines last is 21 days from the date of manufacture. A "best before day" label is included on the packaging. Ideally, they should be eaten fresh.

All tillverkning sker i vårt lilla produktionskök i Hammarby Sjöstad där också den fysiska butiken finns. Vi är återförsäljare av lakrits och premiumkonfektyr. Under sommarsäsongen tillverkar vi hantverksmässig gelato på italienskt vis.
